Bonding with Dada

Dad and I have been doing some bonding lately. I've found out that he's pretty fun and can be like a kid. We have done some cool things together lately.

We took a trip to Chuck E Cheese. I put the money in the games and Dad got to play them. I liked that I got to earn tickets for playing games. All I really cared about was the money so it worked out good. Dad had fun.

We celebrated Christmas with The Nunez Team at Knotts. I loved going on the rides with Dad. He said when I get a little older we could go on the roller coasters together.
He also took me to the Zoo with my cousins. My favorite part was the big bird that kept saying "Hello", to us. I think he liked me.

My First Concert

My Dad and Mom took me to see "Sesame Street Live," "Elmo Makes Music." Man was it fun. I was able to see all my Sesame Street friends perform. I could hardly control my self when I saw the characters come on the stage. I was yelling all of their names and waving. I'm pretty sure they saw me but didn't want to make the other kids feel bad if they said Hi back.

Dad let me pick out any thing I wanted from the souvenir stand. I guess not anything, I wanted the Zoe stuffed animal but he wouldn't let me get that (I think its because its a girl and that would be a little wierd). We settled for the soundtrack of the show. I've listened to it every day since the show at least once. What a blast.

More Apples

I enjoyed some apples on our family field trip to Oak Glen. It was a first for me and I had a blast. I hated to see all those apples on the ground go to waste that I had to bite into a few of them to make sure they were bad. I really liked the cider popsicles we had and all the apples we go to bring home.

The Start of a Tradition

For my second October I went to the pumpkin patch. This year was much more fun than last because I was mobile. I went in the jumper, climbed the tower to ride the huge slide and rode the spinning swings. All I wanted was more, more, more. I even got to take a pumpkin home with me.

This picture is from my first October to the pumpkin patch.

Officially My Auntie Trish

September 28th, 2008 Trish officially became my Aunt. I am very excited about her being a part of my family and so is everyone else.

We moved in with the Duran's and have been here for the past few weeks. I'm loving the time I get to spend with Aunt Lanie, (shes probably my favorite, but don't tell my other Aunts and Uncles). Grandpa has a special drawer for me in his office with cool stuff for me to play with, I also get to play the guitar with him and sing songs too. Me and Grandma like to eat popcorn together and watch movies.

Uncle Chris, Krystal, My Dad and Mom and I attended my second annual Dodger game. This has been a tradition with My Dad and Grandpa Great for the past 26 years. My Dad and I plan to carry the tradition on. It was a great game, the Dodgers won 10 to 2 and I even got to see Manny hit a home run. Go Dodgers!

I turned 20 months old this month too.

19 Months, I think

Ok, ok, ok so its been awhile since my last post, I realize that you are supposed to keep these things up. (Thanks Grandpa for letting me know).

So my parents are crazy, just when we were getting comfortable they decide to move again, great.

Our family is transitioning again. We have some tenants moving in this month and we are moving to the Durans while we wait to find a house to buy. No luck yet.

Although time has been slim we have actually managed to do some things. I have started to learn more about the mystery of the toilet. I know that you put pee and poop in there and I know where it comes from, I just can't quite put the two together but its fun to practice.

I have spent some time with my cousins. We went swimming together and went to the movie in the park.

Uncle Chris is home now and he brought me a lot of cool gadgets from DC, what a guy. I love weird stuff to play with. I also love to get into the pantry when no one's around and eat sugar.

Camp Trip Success

I'm back from my Camp Trip vacation.

The highlights were, sleeping in a tent and being dirty 24/7. I had lots of fun with my friend Bobby and hanging out with the rest of "The Guys".

I enjoyed spending special time with Dad & Mom and all the fun things we got to do together as a family.

I especially loved all the sand I got to eat and loved to play with my Uh-Mmm in it too. I can't wait for our next adventure.

I'm a one and a halfer

I'm 1 1/2 years old!

Man I was busy in July. The 4th of July slumber party at Grandpa & Grandma Greats house was a lot of fun. Rylee and I got to spend some time together before she left to her new home in the Philippines.

Me, Mom and Grandma went to go see "Elmo in Grouch Land" at the movie theater. It was so fun to see Melmo (Elmo) on the big screen.

I have been doing a lot of water activities too. I went to the beach and have played in the pool with my cousins & friends.

My 18 mo check up was scary, I cried a lot but the good news is I'm on track with the doc's schedule. My percentiles are still in the 90th for weight and 95th for height. The bad part is my doctor wants me to eat more veggies but I think I'm growing just fine, yuck! My speech is excellent, too!

Theo News

I'm 17 Months!

This has been an awesome month staying home with my Mom. She has had a strict schedule with me but I am have been having a lot of fun.

My Uncle Chris graduated and moved to Washington DC for the summer. I have been hanging out in his room/my Moms office a lot and missing him tons. He is having a great time.

I went to the water park and the beach already this month. We have also found a new home for our puppy Jade. My Mom says its just two much work with two dogs and this is why I am not going to have a brother or sister anytime soon.
